Tk000 Terms & Conditions — Please read before becoming a member

Tk000 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") operates an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between tk000 and its members ("you" or "user").

These Terms are provided in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered the authoritative text. tk000 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will notify you via email or a platform notification.

Scope of Application

These Terms apply to tk000's website, mobile app, and all associated services. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the tk000 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

To open an account with tk000, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.
• Each individual may operate one account only.
• Please notify our support team immediately if any of your personal details change.
• This account is for your personal use only — it may not be used on behalf of any third party.

KYC Verification

Tk000 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. To process withdrawals or high-value transactions, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• National ID (NID) or Passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete. We typically complete the verification process within 24–48 hours.

Deposit

Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit at tk000:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred BDT).
• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, DBBL, and bank transfer.
• Depositing using a payment method registered under a third party's name is strictly prohibited.
• Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within 15 minutes.

Withdrawal

The following rules are strictly enforced for all withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be made to verified payment methods.
• Processing time is generally within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 3–5 business days.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

Tk000 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: Available on first deposit only. Applicable once per account.
• Wagering Requirements: A specified number of wagers must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically 20x–30x).
• Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Game Limits: Some bonuses are only valid on specific games. Please read the details for each bonus.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active at a time.

Bonus Abuse

Tk000 strictly prohibits misuse of the bonus system. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:

• Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts
• Creating artificial betting patterns to meet bonus requirements
• Colluding with others to meet bonus requirements

If such activity is detected, all bonuses will be forfeited and the account may be permanently closed.

The following rules apply when playing games on tk000:

General Gaming Rules

• Each game has its own rules. Please familiarise yourself with them before you start playing.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, bets placed in that round may be voided.
• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is certified and independently audited.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, our server logs will serve as the final and conclusive record.

Sports Betting

• Bets may be cancelled or modified up until the match begins.
• Odds in live betting may change at any time.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, stakes for the affected bets will be refunded.
• Maximum bet limits may apply to certain sporting events.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk000 platform. Violations will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating an account on behalf of, or by, a minor
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Fraud, hacking, or any form of technical manipulation
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Colluding with other users to manipulate games
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
• Using automated bots or software to play games
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage

To keep your account secure:

• Use a strong password and update it regularly.
• Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled at all times.
• Avoid logging in on public or shared devices.
• Report any suspicious activity to our support team immediately.

Tk000 is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account resulting from sharing your password or personal information with others.

Tk000 believes gaming should be a source of entertainment. We place the highest importance on the mental and financial wellbeing of our players. To support responsible gaming, we offer the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: Set your own maximum stake limit per bet.
• Cooldown Period: Option to temporarily suspend gaming for a set period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Option to permanently close your account if needed.
• Session Reminder: Reminders to take a gaming break after a set period of time.

Tk000 may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspicion of fraud or irregularity
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information
• At your own request (Self-Exclusion)
• Extended period of account inactivity

Funds After Account Closure

If your account is closed due to a rule violation, any bonus funds will be forfeited. However, verified personal funds will be returned, unless they were obtained through fraudulent activity. If you choose to close your account yourself, your verified balance will be refunded through the standard payment process.

Tk000 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of changes, we will:

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please request account closure.
